WCB/LCB/LCC/WC6 در Valve چیست

W : Wrought

C : Carbon Steel

A,B,C : Grade From Low To High

WCA,WCB,WCC نمایانگر کربن استیل هستند و ABC سطح شدت و WCB عموماً بکار برده می شود . متریال لوله مرتبط با WCB ... و A106B است و متریال Forging مرتبط A105.

WC6 یک کستینگ ( ریخته گری )  از فولاد آلیاژی ( alloy steel ) است ، متریال لوله مرتبط A355 P11 و forging آن A182 F11.همچنین WC9 ؛ آلیاژ فولادی با تحمل  دمای بالا است ، متریال لوله مرتبط A355 P22 و forging مرتبط با آن A182 F22 است.

WC : Weldable Casting 

LCB/LCC : Low Temp Carbon Steel

Repair Welding : 

Welding of Grade LC9 shall be accomplished using nonmagnetic filler material of AWS classification ENiCrFe-2, and shall require liquid penetrant inspection of the weld (Supplementary Requirement S6) when magnetic particle inspection (Supplementary Requirement S4) is specified for the casting.

LC in A352 grades means Low temperature applications. LCA, and LCB are carbon steel casting. LCC is carbon-manganese base cast steel.

The low temperature service ceiling for these grades as per ASTM A352 are:

• LCA −25°F [–32C]
• LCB −50°F [–46°C]
• LCC −50°F [–46°C]

حداقل دمای پیش گرم در تمام ضخامت ها برای گرید های LCA LCB LCC ، ده درجه سانتیگراد است.
